The treatment of odors through misting

DID Clim high pressure misting allows the dispersion of micro-droplets of water into the air that evaporate progressively as they pass through dry air.

When an active product which is able to eliminate odors is added into the water to be misted, the water that is dispersed and evaporated serves as a means to bring the product into contact with the molecules that cause foul odors.

In 2007, we concluded a partnership with OGP Consulting, a recognized specialist in the field of environmental engineering. We have been since then capable of providing a structured approach divided into several steps:

- Diagnostic: air analysis, scatter study, recommendations,...

- Conception: selecting the dispersion method, dedicated software, assembly, manufacturing,..

- Production: Assembly, tests, trials, guaranteed results,...

In partnership with OGP Consulting, we conceive and produce specific industrial systems to disperse Norasystem, a patented active principle of organic origin. This product, created in 1999, was issued by the PHODE laboratories, a recognized expert in matters of olfaction.

 

In this manner, our systems are capable of eliminating foul odors and toxins by accelerating their bio-degrading process.

Acting through combined catalysis, Norasystem activates a reaction that mineralizes the molecules causing foul odors. The molecules are then in their stable state.

Our systems are particularly active on the following aromatic compounds:

- Nitrogen compounds (amines, ammonia,...)

- Sulfurous compounds (sulfurous hydrogen, mercaptans, sulfurs and di-sulfurs,...)

- Oxygenated compounds (aldehyde, keton, carboxylic acids, volatile fatty acids,...)
