(plates, Turbo kits and Pro kits) are assembled and tested in real operating
conditions in our workshops for a fast and easy on site installation.
They benefit from a Veritas certification
(NF C 15-100).
DID Clim’s know-how allows us to suggest the following custom-made solutions

- Command system connected to a GTC with a possibility of external command to manage the misting with a centralized robot (for fountains for example), misting is controlled by one or more sensors (movement, temperature, hygrometry, wind,...);

Platinum assemblies are particularly

DID
Clim kits have been specially designed for high
pressure misting.
Their global concept lets the installer
quickly put into place a high pressure misting system. Everything is ready, all
that is left to do is to attach the local water supply and the electricity
230V-50Hz or 115V-60Hz (depending on the model).
These kits are particularly adapted for
uses such as: outdoor cooling, humidification, dust abatement and fighting
odors (max. 80 nozzles).
The fact that they are easy to use makes
them a product appreciated by professionals.
Each kit contains a measuring pump to
apply an anti-limestone product, perfume or even an odor fighting product.

DID
360 Fans
The patented device consists in a semi-automatic system equipped with a
centrifugal fan with adjustable speed mounted on a vertical axe with a misting
line and is capable of canalizing misted air in a circular motion upon a sector
adjustable between 0 and 360° and on a main plan that can be adjusted into a
trajectory.
The loaded fan with its constituents
(motor, fins, blades,…) in completely integrated inside the system. Obstruction
is greatly reduced along with visual and auditive nuisances. The efficiency is better that a helicoide
vertical axe system.
Advantages:
- Multidirectional
dispersion of the water mist (360°) insures that a large surface between 15 and
40 m² is treated uniformly (reach can be adjusted by changing the speed)
- Reconnection
of the system without the use of any tools
- The
direction of the airflow can be adjusted without tools

Industrial
Fans
DID Clim has developed a complete line of industrial fans for indoor and outdoor
use. These fans are equipped with special nozzles (heavy flow) and can be
connected to our complete kits and pumps.
Their global concept lets the installer quickly put into place a high pressure misting system on site, without a fixed structure (like a construction site, industrial spaces,...). These fans are delivered ready to use, all that is left to do is to attach the misting tube and the electricity (mono 230V or tri 400V). They are equipped on standard with instant DID Clim type connections for easy setup and dismantlement.
These fans are available in waterproof versions (IP65). They are particularly adapted for uses such as: dust abatement, fighting odors, hygrometry regulation and/or temperature regulation in a productive environment (breeding, conservatory,...) or construction sites.

DID BIO
Protect
This system automatically insures the quasi totality
of the sanitary maintenance operations of your misting installation.
The system contains a robot that insures the draining,
rinsing and disinfection of your installation without extra equipment.
DID Clim has
patented this unique innovation that will be included in all its Pro kits
starting in 2009. Moreover, a version of the system that allows the update of
an already existing model is available.
The DID Bio Protect process insures 4 levels of
security:
1- The water is immediately misted into micro-droplets
after having been drawn from the water system and treated through UV (no
stagnant water).
2- There is never any stagnant water in the misting
lines.
3- The misting central and misting lines are rinsed and
disinfected before each use.
4- While in operation, a continuous amount hydrogen
peroxide insures the permanent hygiene of the system.

DID LINE Designs
The DID Line designs line has
developed to facilitate the use of nylon tubing and instant connections of a
high pressure misting system.
The components of the DID Line designs integrate easily into all types of environments.
Their soft and rounded form allows the esthetic satisfaction of your clients.
The nylon tubing is perfectly maintained inside the
hood, the positioning of the nozzles is perfectly insured through nozzle
holding connections. All the connectors are available ([t-squares], elbows,
caps).
DID
Line systems have been patented and
developed by DID Clim in 2007. Using it insures a perfect finish, a resistance to vibrations and as well as the absorption of dialation of certain components (tubes, connectors,...).

Water treatment
UV bactericides
The treatment of water through ultra-violet rays is a disinfection
process/ creation of drinking water/ fluid sterilization, based on a purely
physical principal that kills pathogenic microorganisms capable of provoking
diseases or affecting a fabrication process.
The treated water slowly goes through a tube
containing a UVc lamp. The germicidal effect of these rays can be used to
eliminate germs, viruses, bacteria and fungi while respecting the environment.
This system does not generate any new chemical effect
and has a low maintenance cost.
Osmosis machines
Principle
The osmosis machines selected by DID
Clim function on a reverse osmosis principle. This natural refining process can be compared to an extreme filtration. They allow the elimination of undesired dissolved elements such as lead, aluminum, pesticides, herbicides or nitrates... as well as the elimination of bacterial germs, bad taste and unpleasant odors.
Putting in place an osmosis machine allows on the one
hand a reduction of biofilm and on the other, the misting of de-mineralized
water that will not leave a residue once it has evaporated.

Accessories
Misting lines
The classic lines are designed with nylon tubing and
nickel-brass connectors. The tubing sold [in rolls] can be easily cut and the
connectors can be mounted and dismounted without tools.
The nozzles are mounted onto [t-square] holders specially developed for DID Clim by the Camozzi Company.
The installations are done with the set of connectors
and nylon tubing sold by DID Clim
and can resist up to 60 pressure bars.

The insure the homogeneous dispersion of extremely
small droplets of water for a refreshing effect without wasting too much water.
For industrial uses, DID Clim suggests

[Sensors]
DID
Clim has chosen a complete line of sensors to measure the temperature, hygrometry, anemometer, [wind vane / vane], as well as combined sensors. These models have been chosen for their reliability, precision and their durability especially in confined spaces with high hygrometry (tropical ambiance, breeding or taking of cuttings greenhouse,...).
These sensors can be combined to HT and ATP timers
that will be equipped with pre-programmed command modules and will permit an
