Wood industries The quality of wood products (furniture, tools, framework,...) depends upon the hygrometry conditions before, during and after its craftsmanship. Effectively, the wood becomes stable in size once the fibers have attained their saturation point. An excess or lack of hygrometry leads inevitably to size variations and makes the wood planks bend, warp or veil.
As well as maintaining the woods hygrometry, DID Clim misting helps regulate the air’s hygrometry and considerably reduces the risk of the wood shaving catching fire and volatile dust emissions that are noxious for the on site workers. The working conditions in the saw mill are clearly improved. The high concentration of micro-droplets in the air produces a genuine shield against dust. DID Clim misting produces an infinite number of droplets averaging 5 microns in size (0.005mm) that are optimal for capturing dust between 0.1 and 1000 microns in size. A DID Clim high pressure misting system that is well designed and properly installed is the most efficient, environmentally friendly and profitable system. The functionality of the misting system is dependant upon various detectors (motion detectors, triggering tool machine,...). DID Clim climatic management For the ATP robot, DID Clim has developed complete algorithms that can take into account multiple parameters that have an impact on misting such as: hygrometry sensors, temperature sensors, light meters, motion sensors, activity machines,... They also integrate external components such as: Electrovalve of misting sections, pressure sensors, frequency regulators,...
Our “softwares” integrate the most developed functions (PID, asymptote,...). Moreover, they can be linked through a modem or a GPRS to a remote control unit. Most of these programs are available on standard with our assemblies. We also have a line of electromechanical controllers (HT1 Temp, HT1 Hum, HT2, MB,...). These controllers have the advantage of being very simple to use and require very little “computer knowledge”. They have a design that has been tested these last decades mainly in the field of agriculture. The hygrometry and temperature settings are maintained through display regulators. |
