The high concentration of micro-droplets in the air produces a genuine shield against dust or odors. DID Clim misting produces an infinite number of droplets averaging 5 microns in size (0.005mm) that are optimal for capturing dust between 0.1 and 1000 microns in size.

A DID Clim high pressure misting system that is well designed and properly installed is the most efficient, environmentally friendly and profitable system. The functionality of the misting system is dependant upon various detectors (motion detectors, triggering tool machine,...).

Stainless Steel installations

In industrial sites, when the installations are close to the users (workers, machinery operators, tool machines,...), we suggest stainless steel installations. The risk of deterioration is reduced.

In some cases (for sanitary reasons for example), we can decide to put up the whole installation in stainless steel (pumps, cupboards, lines, nozzles,...). The water used for misting can go through osmosis (contains no minerals), be regularly disinfected and all the ducts drained daily.

Our company often actively participates in determining the functioning parameters of the misting system such as optimizing the mode of functioning (multi-zone management, integrating multiple factors such as sunshine, hygrometry, temperature,...).
