In most quarries, the dust produced during transformation processes (grinding, crushing, transportation,...) is unbearable for the workers as much as the surrounding residents.

Traditional watering methods have their limits. The quantity of water used to abate the dust is generally very large. The products are then drenched and can become unusable (ciment, plaster,...).

Only one other alternative exists: DID Clim high pressure misting.

The high concentration of micro-droplets in the air produces a genuine shield against dust. DID Clim misting produces an infinite number of droplets averaging 5 microns in size (0.005mm) that are optimal for capturing dust between 0.1 and 1000 microns in size.

Industrial helicoidal fans

DID Clim has developed a complete line of industrial fans for indoor or outdoor use. These fans are equipped with special nozzles and can be connected to our pumps and complete kits.

Their global concept lets the user quickly install a misting system on site without a fixed structure (for events, sporting events, construction sites, industrial workshops,...). These fans are delivered ready to use, one must just bring the misting tube and electricity (mono 230V or tri 400V). They are equipped with DID Clim instant standard connections for easy set-up and dismantlement.

These fans are available in a waterproof version (IP65). They are particularly adapted for uses such as: dust abatement, eliminating odors, hygrometric regulation and/or temperature in a production environment (breeding, conservatories,...) or construction sites.
