In each case, DID Clim misting must be sized according to the air output, the desired hygrometry, the pollutant content,...

In the case of eliminating odors, DID Clim misting allows diffusing products with active physical-chemical properties that act effectively on the following pollutants: nitrogen compounds, sulfurous compounds, carbonated oxygenated compounds and volatile organic compounds. An active product can be injected into the water with a measuring pump.

The dispersion is operated by rotor nozzles that insure droplets between 2 and 10 microns in size at 50 bars and thus insure an optimal air/water exchange surface. After dispersion and reaction, the products obtained become stable, non-toxic and safe for humans and the environment. DID Clim promises to calculate the installations optimally to effectively treat olfactory pollutants.

In partnership with [OGP Consulting], we conceive and produce specific industrial systems to disperse Norasystem, a patented active principle of organic origin. This product, created in 1999, was issued by the PHODE laboratories, a recognized expert in matters of olfaction. In this manner, our systems are capable of eliminating foul odors and toxins by accelerating their bio-degrading process. Acting through combined catalysis, Norasystem activates a reaction that mineralizes the molecules causing foul odors. The molecules are then in their stable state.

Stainless Steel installations

When misting dispersion ramps are integrated into the smokestacks, we prefer to work with stainless steel. We then create stainless steel frames that contain the diffusion nozzles. These frames can easily be integrated into the smokestacks and are easily dismantled.

In some cases (for sanitary reasons for example), we can decide to put up the whole installation in stainless steel (pumps, cupboards, lines, nozzles,...). The water used for misting can go through osmosis (contains no minerals), be regularly disinfected and all the ducts drained daily.

Our company often actively participates in determining the functioning parameters of the misting system such as optimizing the mode of functioning (multi-zone management, integrating multiple factors such as sunshine, hygrometry, temperature,...).
