Paper and textile industries

The humidity content of the paper should be regulated between 5 and 7%. For this, it is important to regulate the air hygrometry between 40 and 50%. Quality control rejections are reduced and productivity is increased.

A well designed and properly installed DID Clim misting system is ideal to manage a paper processing plant (paper factory, printing house,...).

It insures a better development of the site, reduces losses, increases productivity.

In this manner, textile fibers have an optimal mechanical resistance when hygrometry conditions are observed. The productivity is accelerated, the efficiency is increased. On top of climatic regulation, misting also reduces relative static electricity. The fibers can be better worked. The personnel can work in better conditions.

The DID Clim system lets one disperse micro-droplets of water (average size of 5 microns) homogeneously and it helps regulate the surrounding weather conditions. The air shifts this pleasant mist that almost immediately and completely evaporates. The mist is constantly replaced by new fresh droplets. The temperature is then reduced while creating a psychological effect of well-being. When the proportions of new air are controlled, the hygrometry and the temperature can be regulated.

DID Clim climatic management

For the ATP robotd, DID Clim has developed complete algorithms that can take into account multiple parameters that have an impact on misting such as: hygrometry sensors, temperature sensors, light meters, motion sensors, activity machines,... They also integrate external components such as: Electrovalve of misting sections, pressure sensors, frequency regulators,...

Our “softwares” integrate the most developed functions (PID, asymptote,...). Moreover, they can be linked through a modem or a GPRS to a remote control unit.

Most of these programs are available on standard with our assemblies.

We also have a line of electromechanical controllers (HT1 Temp, HT1 Hum, HT2, MB,...). These controllers have the advantage of being very simple to use and require very little “computer knowledge”. They have a design that has been tested these last decades mainly in the field of agriculture. The hygrometry and temperature settings are maintained through display regulators.
